With full service debt settlement services, you sell the debt settlement services to your clients and we perform all after-sale work.
- Banks, Schwartz & Levitz negotiates all accounts on your behalf.
- For all creditor calls that your clients receive, your clients can refer them to our offices. We respond to all calls, explaining the situation of the client and work to stall or finalize a settlement (per funds available).
- Your clients enter all creditor calls in a web based interface or fax them to our offices and we follow up on all calls, sending client an email confirmation after we have followed up.
- Your clients can call a dedicated number set up for you regarding any questions on accounts.
- You have online access to view the progress on all the accounts.
- We handle all payment processing for accepted settlements by your clients.
- We follow up on all problems and concerns from your clients.

With Debt settlement services only, you sell and provide customer support to your clients.
- Banks, Schwartz & Levitz negotiates all accounts on your behalf.

- You answer all questions from your clients by forwarding them to us via an online internet interface.
- Your clients enter all creditor calls in a web based interface or fax them to our offices and we follow up on all calls, sending client an email confirmation after we have followed up.
- You and your clients have online access to view the progress on all the accounts.
- We handle all payment processing for accepted settlements by your clients.
- We follow up on all problems and concerns from your clients.
